I gladly accept return and cancellations for non customized products 

• Kindly contact us within 4 days of delivery.
• Request a cancellation with 2 days of purchase 
• Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery

Exchanges are not applicable

• But we are always there if you have any problem with your order, Just contact us!

The following products can not be returned or exchanged

• Any Personalized or custom orders can not be replaced nor exchanged, because of the nature of those items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return courier costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
